The CNCA must be validated prior to vessel arrival in Angola. That means:
- The filing must be started at minimum a few days prior to the deadline
- The draft CNCA must be reviewed and approved in time
- The invoice must be paid

Submission Window Requirements
AfricaCTN typically recommends that all documents are submitted at least 3-5 days prior to the validation deadline to ensure we have enough time to get the CNCA validated.
