All Cameroon BESCs must be validated at least 5 days prior to vessel arrival. That means:
- The filing must be started minimum 3-5 days prior to the deadline
- The draft BESC must be reviewed and approved by the shipper
- The invoice must be paid

Submission Window Requirements

The documents required to submit the BESC for validation are the BL, commercial invoice, freight invoice and consignee’s TaxID and PR number.
