- The filing must be started minimum 3-5 days prior to vessel arrival
- The draft ECTN must be reviewed and approved by the shipper
- The invoice must be paid
Submission Window Requirements
We typically recommend submitting all necessary documents at least 3-5 days prior to vessel arrival. This ensures there is enough time to generate the draft, approve it, pay the invoice and submit the draft for final validation.
The documents required to submit the ECTN for validation are the BL, commercial invoice and freight invoice.
Common Causes of Delay
