These terms apply to the knowledge-only guide. Separate certificate applications, support arrangements and other AfricaCTN integrations are outside this version’s functionality.
Free informational use
AfricaCTN does not charge for access to this guide. It does not offer purchases, accept payments or collect card details. Your use of ChatGPT remains subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms, availability and any account charges. If you arrange certificate services separately with AfricaCTN, the applicable service arrangements and payment instructions are handled outside this guide.
Sources and confirmation
Answers depend on the available source material. A read-only service hosted through Sites retrieves AfricaCTN’s public GitHub knowledge base. Successful source responses may be cached for up to five minutes, and answers should cite the source revision used. Knowledge-base updates become available through that connection without requiring a new plugin release.
Country requirements can change. Confirm missing, ambiguous or conflicting information with AfricaCTN, especially when a shipment deadline is approaching. The absence of a requirement or country guide does not establish an exemption. Processing times described in the guides are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise.
AfricaCTN is not a government certificate authority. An answer from the guide does not issue, validate or amend a certificate, confirm a customer’s application status, guarantee customs clearance or extend a deadline. The relevant authorities make certificate-validation decisions.
Scope of this version

Do not treat a retrieval failure as confirmation of a requirement or exemption.
