To file a Ghana SPN, begin by gathering the required documents:

Step 1: Submit Required Documents
To begin filing your Ghana SPN you must submit the required documents to AfricaCTN via email or our secure CTN dashboard. The required documents are BL, commercial invoice, freight invoice, export declaration.
Step 2: Receive Draft SPN and Invoice
Once the docs are received, we will generate your draft ECTN and invoice. You will receive your draft on the same day you submit it. Typically within a few hours of sending the documents.
Step 3: Approve the Draft SPN
Once the draft SPN is received, you must check all the details against the information on your supporting documents. Ensure that all is correct and approve the draft. If there are any errors, please notify us as soon as you notice them so we can make the correction prior to validation.
Step 4: Pay the Invoice

Step 5: Receive the Final Validation
Once all steps are complete, AfricaCTN will validate your Ghana SPN. This process typically takes 24-48 hours until the authorities release the final validation. You will receive the final validated ECTN in your email inbox as soon as it is released, no hard copy required.
