The Angola ARCCLA Certificate (formerly known as Angola CNCA Certificate (conselho nacional de carregadores de angola or CNC)) is the a ECTN Certificate required for all shipments with a final destination in Angola.
It summarizes information from the bill of lading, commercial invoice, freight invoice and import license (DU document) and sends it to ARCCLA (agencia reguladora de certificação de cargas e logistica de angola) prior to the vessel’s arrival in the Luanda or Angolan ports.

Who Needs a Angola CNCA Certificate?
The Angolan loading certificate must be obtained by the shipper or freight forwarder in the country of origin prior to vessel arrival to prevent any delays for the importer in the destination port.

How to Get a CNCA Certificate
To obtain an Angola CNCA Loading Certificate you must first contact the authorized agent for your loading port. - Approve: Check and confirm all details on the draft CNCA
- Pay: Make payment of the invoice so validation can begin
- Validation: AfricaCTN will release your validated CNCA and CNCA number ready for customs clearance with the Angolan authorities

- Hard Copy: There is no hard copy required, the final copy is fully digital
