What is a CNCA Document?

The Angola CNCA Document is an electronic cargo tracking note (ECTN certificate) required for all sea shipments with a final destination in Angola. To obtain it, you will need to provide the bill of lading, commercial invoice, freight invoice, documento unico (import license) and the ARCCLA application form.

Without the Angola CNCA, the importer will face fines, delays and the holding of your cargo by the Angolan authorities until the issuance of a valid CNCA document is completed by AfricaCTN, the authorized agent for Angola CNCA.
