Angola CNCA Announcement
AfricaCTN LLC is now the official CNCA Angola agent. ARCCLA authorized AfricaCTN to issue the CNCA certificate for Angola. The Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN), also called CNCA, has been mandatory for all maritime shipments to Angola since January 28, 1994, under Decree Nr. 19/94.
