What is the Djibouti ECTN?

The ECTN (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) is a mandatory shipping document for all shipments imported into the destination country of Djibouti. It allows customs to track cargo before it arrives, confirm what is being imported into the country, and obtain more valuable information about the shipment. This document is required to prevent delays at the destination port.
